Summary
Dear Valued Customers,
While there won’t be many foreseeable positives during a trade war, in a way we can say it’s making us feel closer than ever to our customers, or at the very least that we’re communicating together better than ever.
We can only reiterate our previous letter regarding our stance on the tariffs, we have to wait and see and be flexible and react accordingly. Forecasting the next weeks and months is impossible. As always, we are committed to our relationship together and our partnership. To steal our best line from our previous letter: all successful partnerships function best when both parties share in each other’s growth and success, but also when we support each other in more difficult times.
In the past month we have not been idle, we have secured a Canadian supply chain for all items except some liners. While the Canadian government have so far signaled a more measured and intricate retaliatory tariff strategy, focusing on finished products and not raw materials, we do not know how far reaching the tariffs may end. Critically, if the retaliatory tariffs become all-encompassing, our Canadian-supplied materials will ensure that our product is not tariffed coming in and going out.
Most importantly our togetherness will determine not only how well we surmount these tariffs, but also how much we let it affect our business and our mentality. Together we can work through this, and we are certain we will get through this with our relationship strengthened.
Sincerely,
Your Pano Cap Team
